The coordinator will train new staff, monitor daily functions, and respond to issues, ensuring timely discharges and transfers while supporting operations during staffing shortages.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 3–6 months of experience in housekeeping in a hospital or institutional setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening of shift and assign aides to work schedules; issue keys and pagers in supervisor's absence.
• Coordinate work assignments and delegate tasks to Environmental Services aides.
• Address policy/procedure questions related to Environmental Services.
