Job summary

Allegheny Health Network West Penn Hospital is seeking an Environmental Services Associate (FT Day) to perform standardized cleaning in patient rooms, offices and other areas, ensuring safety and quality of care.

You will clean discharge rooms, assist with exterior cleaning, restock dispensers, and participate in patient satisfaction initiatives while following HIPAA and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum FIT testing may be required, but provided upon hire as needed.
• Basic reading, writing and effective communication skills.
• Ability to operate power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs timely cleaning of patient rooms and offices.
• Cleans discharge rooms, schedules, offices and ancillary areas.
• Assists with exterior building cleaning and trash removal.
• Restocks dispensers and handles receptacles in required areas.
