Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. in Longview, TX is hiring for hospital housekeepers for 1st and 2nd shifts at Longview Regional Medical Center. These Full-Time and Part-Time positions include weekend and holiday schedules.

Qualified candidates attending the hiring event may receive an immediate job offer. Daily duties include cleaning rooms and public areas, restrooms, hallways, and equipment; eye for detail; high school diploma or GED preferred; post-offer medical and background checks required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the janitorial industry a plus.
• Medical cleaning a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, halls, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
