Job summary

Virtua Health seeks an Environmental Service Worker for Mount Holly, 1st shift, 40 hours per week. You will maintain a safe, sanitary environment for visitors, patients, and staff, performing cleaning, trash removal, linen distribution, and room setup according to policy.

You will uphold universal precautions, handle regulated waste properly, and may take on linen duties or work at other Virtua facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to speak English required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains Virtua facilities as directed.
• Removes trash, distributes linen and assists with room setup.
• Adheres to universal precautions to ensure safety.
• Safely handles and disposes of regulated medical waste and other trash.
• May assume linen responsibilities or work at other facilities as assigned.
