Virtua Health in Mount Holly is seeking an Environmental Services Worker for the 1st shift. This per diem, part-time role focuses on maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for visitors, patients and staff. Responsibilities include cleaning, waste disposal, linen distribution, and room setup with emphasis on safety and chemical handling.

English proficiency and customer service experience are preferred. The position is on-site at Mount Holly (175 Madison Ave).

Competenze

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to speak English required.

Mansioni

• Cleans and maintains Virtua facilities as directed.
• Maintains universal precautions to ensure patient and employee safety.
• Safely handles and disposes of regulated medical waste, and other trash.
• Responsible for proper chemical usage and maintaining a safe environment, including storage of chemicals.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May assume linen responsibilities as required.
• May be required to work in other facilities as assigned.
