Job summary

Oklahoma State University Medical Center in Tulsa is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to clean and maintain an assigned hospital area. You will work under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure a sanitary, orderly environment.

Responsibilities include following the seven steps of cleaning, maintaining hygiene standards, and adhering to lockout/tagout safety procedures for equipment. This position is on day shift and requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains an assigned area of the hospital in a sanitary, orderly and attractive condition.
• Follows the seven steps of cleaning as part of the daily cleaning regimen.
• Complies with department safety policy on lock out/tag out procedures on equipment.
