Responsibilities

• Clean rooms and facilities with power equipment; refinish floors.
• Operate cleaning equipment and report hazards or repairs.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely; reference MSDS as needed.
• Set up rooms for meetings and deliver audio visual equipment.
• Clean patient care areas, restrooms, lobbies, and offices; perform terminal cleaning in surgical areas.
• Clean environmental surfaces including ceilings, vents, walls, doors, and furniture.
• Sort, stock, and deliver linens; manage supply inventory.
• Prepare dismissal and transfer units and distribute non-medical supplies.
• Report any mechanical failures or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
