Responsibilities

• Operate switchboard and route incoming calls to appropriate departments.
• Initiates all emergency calls including Team 7000, Fire Alert and Message One Notifications.
• Provides specific directory information to internal and external inquiries as required in accordance with policy and procedures pertaining to the disclosure of directory information.
• Operation of the page position. Including completion of Evening/Weekend On-Call Physician Sign-In form.
• Performs other related duties.
