Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes by hand or uses dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays following procedures to ensure cleanliness.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Keeps dish area clean and safe; maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps kitchen and work areas orderly and sanitized.
• Assists in loading/unloading supplies and equipment.
