Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare food service sanitation is beneficial.
• Ability to operate dishwashing equipment and maintain hygienic work areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing machines and hand-wash large pots, pans, and utensils.
• Clean and sanitize counters, tables, and equipment while maintaining hygienic work areas.
• Sort and store clean dishes, trays, and utensils for upcoming meal services.
• Assist food service staff with assembling meal trays, setting up cafeteria lines, and transporting carts.
• Dispose of food waste, recyclables, and trash according to hospital safety and sanitation rules.
