Responsibilities

• Operates dish machine and three-compartment sink correctly.
• Sets up, cleans, and breaks down dish machine and kitchen equipment per policy.
• Handles service ware to minimize loss; alerts management for damaged items.
• Documents machine temperatures and sanitizing logs, reports when out of spec.
• Delivers patient trays to units within time limits to maintain temps.
• Maintains cleanliness and follows FIFO inventory practices.
• Alerts supervisor if tasks cannot be completed.
