Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year dishwasher experience preferred.
• Food Handlers Card VA or Food Protection Manager Certification VA required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates sanitation duties in accordance with regulatory standards and policies.
• Maintains a neat, clean and safe work environment.
• Handles china, glass and silverware with care to minimize loss and damage.
• Operates warewashing and cleaning equipment correctly and safely.
• Documents temperatures and sanitizing logs for compliance.
• Supports team to complete all cleaning tasks by shift end.
