Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring for a full-time Food Unit Lead at Henry Ford Providence Southfield Hospital in Southfield, MI. You will coordinate activities of the food-service team to create an enjoyable dining experience for patients, staff and visitors.

The position requires leadership and basic computer skills, with a Monday–Friday schedule; holidays and rotating weekends may apply. Pay ranges from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have previous computer skills.
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Creates an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff and visitors.
• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverages per standards.
• Trains employees and coordinates work to promote efficiency.
• Maintains proper cash handling and uses daily/weekly/monthly reports.
