Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient trays within established time limits to maintain meal service times.
• Monitors temperatures and logs dish machine and sanitizing temps to ensure regulatory standards.
• Follows FIFO inventory practices and maintains clean storage areas.
• Maintains safe, clean work environment and reports discrepancies to management.
