Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of prior experience.
• Preferred: prior experience in a call center or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient's meal plans with healthcare professionals.
• Takes patient meal orders via phone and at the bedside.
• Assists with meal selections considering cultural and/or religious preferences.
• Monitors patient meal tickets and modifies to comply with diet orders.
• Processes new diets, changes, tube feedings and NPO orders with accurate records.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
