Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food preparation and meal service for residents.
• Plan and initiate cooking schedules to meet meal times.
• Prepare, season, cook, and portion meals according to standards.
• Prepare nutritional snacks as directed.
• Monitor food temperatures to meet safety targets.
• Supervise storage of supplies and check deliveries as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and DRH dress code; wear uniforms as required.
• Maintain equipment and work areas; report issues to supervisor.
