Job summary

Tufts Medicine is seeking an entry-level Food Service Associate to support dietary and food services across locations. You will assist with meal preparation, tray assembly and delivery, and maintain kitchen cleanliness and stock levels in accordance with diet orders.

Responsibilities include interacting with patients to gather preferences, ensuring safety protocols, and contributing to a collaborative team focused on timely, quality meals. Day/evening shifts and full-time hours available.

Qualifications

• Food service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year hospital food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves meals based on general or special diets.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Delivers trays to patients and assists with menu selections.
• Stocks pantries and supports dietary operations.
