Billings Clinic in Townsend, MT is seeking a Per Diem Nutrition Services Assistant - Cook to support patient meal preparation and dining services. You will follow established menus, assist with food preparation, and help deliver patient trays and cafeteria service.

Starting wage DOE is posted; willingness to train is expected. Serv-Safe certification is preferred, and you will work in a Magnet-designated health system focused on quality and patient care.

Formación

• High School or GED education is required.
• Willing to train for the role.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares food involving rinsing, chopping, and cooking of fruits, vegetables, and meats for patient and employee menus.
• Follows established menus, recipes and substitutions for therapeutic diet orders.
• Delivers patient trays and plates for meals and snack services.
• Coordinates cafeteria retail services including customer service, plating meals and cashiering.
• Performs annual inventory of supplies with nutrition services team.
• Keeps working area sanitary and organized; follows cleaning schedules and infection control guidelines.
