Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distributes and collects menus.
• Assists patients in completing menu selections in accordance with prescribed diet.
• Offers alternatives to menu per allergies, cultural or religious preferences.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on current diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements and enteral formula as needed.
