• Unpacks and visually inspects food stock and ingredients.
• Prepares, pours, and portions food as needed.
• Carries heavy trays, pots, and equipment.
• Delivers meals to patients and maintains sanitary work areas.
• Washes dishes, pots, and silverware; cleans workstation and equipment.
• Incorporates the hospital’s mission and guiding principles into daily practice.
