Job summary

Mountain View Hospital is seeking a Data Reporting Clerk to join our team. The Audit Integrity Data Reporting Clerk will be responsible for submitting records for external and internal audit requests, and ensuring the documentation is complete before submission to applicable parties.

You will collect, analyze, and verify records, navigate electronic databases, and maintain office supplies to support department functions while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1-3 years of medical experience.
• Equipment/Technology: Proficient with electronic databases; knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Language/Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Submit records for external and internal audit requests.
• Collect and analyze records for completeness before submission to applicable parties.
• Ensure the office has necessary items and supplies to perform department functions.
