Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous cooking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and temperatures, ensuring food is attractive and tasty.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety and sanitation in the kitchen and storerooms.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies as required.
• Reports maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
