PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Sarasota is seeking a cafeteria cook to support patient and dining services. You will prepare nutritious meals following approved recipes while maintaining food safety standards.

The role emphasizes adherence to local, state, and federal sanitation requirements in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and at least five years of commercial food preparation experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsible for proper preparation of patient and cafeteria food service as required by local, state, and federal standards. Must adhere to sanitation policies as also required by local, state and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: High School education or GED preferred with the ability to read and write English, in order to follow recipes and plan menus.
• Experience: Five years commercial food preparation is desired.
