PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Tulsa is seeking a full-time food service professional to support patient and cafeteria operations in accordance with applicable sanitation standards. The role emphasizes safe food handling, following recipes, and delivering quality service in a hospital setting.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and at least five years of commercial food preparation experience; hospital experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for proper preparation of patient and cafeteria food service as required by local, state, and federal standards. Must adhere to sanitation policies as also required by local, state and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: High School education or GED preferred with the ability to read and write English, in order to follow recipes and plan menus.
• Experience: Five years commercial food preparation is desired. Hospital experience is highly preferred.
