Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a full-time hospital food service staff member to responsibly prepare patient and cafeteria meals in compliance with local, state, and federal sanitation standards. The role requires reading and following recipes, attention to dietary guidelines, and teamwork in a hospital cafeteria setting.

Candidates with five years of commercial food preparation experience, preferably in a hospital environment, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: High School education or GED preferred with the ability to read and write English, in order to follow recipes and plan menus.
• Experience: Five years commercial food preparation is desired. Hospital experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for proper preparation of patient and cafeteria food service as required by local, state, and federal standards. Must adhere to sanitation policies as also required by local, state and federal standards.
