Aerotek is seeking a Cook in Milwaukee, WI, to prepare and serve high-quality meals in a hospital foodservice setting. The role requires following HACCP guidelines, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring meal temperatures, portioning, and presentation meet established requirements.

You will support production planning, record keeping, and timely service while keeping the kitchen clean and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of prep cook, cook, or chef experience in foodservice.
• Hands-on cooking with convection ovens, steamers, fryers.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and schedules.
• Strong understanding of basic food safety and HACCP principles.
• Maintain cleanliness and handle equipment safely.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food per standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Ensure quality service for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Follow recipes to meet production and delivery schedules.
• Serve meals with correct portioning and temperatures.
• Maintain records during service and store or discard excess food.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and properly labeled supplies.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
• Assist in production planning and inventory reporting.
