Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year production experience in a healthcare or commercial food serving operation.
• Must obtain Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of hire.
• Must obtain Certified Food Manager certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follows schedules in cooking, baking, and sanitation.
• Prepares, cooks, seasons and serves balanced meals per menus.
• Serves food according to dietary guidelines and checks tray accuracy.
• Cleans and sanitizes all food preparation equipment.
• Follows safety, infection prevention, and cross-contamination prevention procedures.
• Maintains regular attendance and completes trainings as assigned.
