ClearSky Health is seeking a Cook to prepare nutritious meals for patients, staff, and visitors in our Eau Claire, WI facility. The role emphasizes safety, portion control, dietary guidelines, and adherence to menus while maintaining a clean kitchen.

The successful candidate will demonstrate food-handling knowledge, efficiency, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal waste in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year production experience in a healthcare or commercial food serving operation.
• Food Handlers Permit required in AZ, KS, NM, WI.
• Certified Food Manager certification or state equivalent required in FL,TX, OH. Must have or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Certification must be from approved state-specific program or ServSafe Food Manager programs.

Responsibilities

• Follows established schedules in cooking, baking, and sanitation.
• Prepares, cooks, seasons and serves adequate, attractive, nutritious meals according to menus.
• Serves food according to dietary guidelines, checking trays for accuracy.
• Cleans and sanitizes all food preparation equipment and maintains safe operation.
