Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and maintaining serving temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and safe food-handling procedures in the kitchen.
• Assists with ordering, receiving and inventory as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and reports maintenance or safety issues immediately.
