Qualifications

• Previous food service and cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, ensuring proper temperatures and attractive presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and safe food-handling practices in all kitchen areas.
• Assists in order receiving, inventory and storage per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
