PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Oklahoma City is seeking a full-time food service professional to prepare patient and cafeteria meals in compliance with regulatory standards. You will follow standardized recipes, ensure accurate portioning, and maintain clean and safe workspaces daily.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED and demonstrate the ability to read and follow recipes; hospital experience is highly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School education or GED required; ability to read and write English to follow recipes and plan menus.
• Five years of commercial food preparation experience preferred; hospital experience highly preferred.

Responsible for proper preparation of patient and cafeteria food service as required by local, state, and federal standards. Must adhere to sanitation policies as also required by local, state and federal standards.

• Education and Training: High School education or GED preferred with the ability to read and write English, in order to follow recipes and plan menus.
• Experience: Five years commercial food preparation is desired. Hospital experience is highly preferred.
