Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Dallas is hiring for a full-time food service professional to staff the brand-new facility opening this fall. You will prepare patient and cafeteria meals, following approved recipes and sanitation standards under local, state, and federal guidelines.

• Five years of commercial food preparation experience is desirable; hospital experience preferred.

Responsible for proper preparation of patient and cafeteria food service as required by local, state, and federal standards. Must adhere to sanitation policies as also required by local, state and federal standards.

• Education and Training: High School education or GED preferred with the ability to read and write English, in order to follow recipes and plan menus.
• Experience: Five years commercial food preparation is desired. Hospital experience is highly preferred.
