Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations in the hospital; administers in the absence of the SVP Area Manager.
• Provides strategic leadership to unite diverse constituencies behind a shared vision for the medical center and service area.
• Develops and executes strategies differentiating KP in service and clinical excellence.
• Promotes open communication among KP employees, physician leadership and medical staff.
• Oversees operating and capital budgets and mitigates variances to support regional priorities.
