The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of collection experience, knowledge of MA insurances, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and payer portals. Benefits are offered and standard healthcare options apply.

Qualifications

• Sufficient typing and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing Unpaid Claims
• Contacts Insurance companies to follow up on Denials
• Billing and follow-up of assigned Insurance accounts
• Reviews EOB’s and resolves billing and payment discrepancies
• Ensure claim rejections are identified, and the proper action is completed to ensure timely billing.
• Comfortable using a clearinghouse, preference given to familiarity with Waystar
• Comfortable and familiar utilizing payor portals
• Precipitation in weekly AR reviews
