PeaceHealth is seeking a Clinical Social Worker for a Per Diem/Relief, 0.00 FTE, Day position at a Washington facility. The role supports development and execution of patient care plans with a focus on psychiatric, chemical dependency, and psychosocial needs within medical care settings.

The candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide supervision to students, and ensure compliance with clinical and privacy standards. WA licensure is required.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• 2 years clinical experience with designated population.
• Licensure in WA: LICSW/SWAL/SWAICL/SWAAL.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare.
• Perform risk assessments for suicidality and related concerns.
• Supervise graduate level social work students and support licensure.
• Maintain documentation and comply with privacy laws.
