Responsibilities

• Assembles necessary cleaning supplies and equipment and transports to work areas as instructed.
• Cleans assigned areas by performing housekeeping duties (cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing, polishing).
• Inspects area after cleaning to ensure cleanliness.
• Prepares cleaning solutions according to instructions on label.
• Performs routine discharge room cleaning and remakes beds with fresh linen.
• Notifies team leader of needed maintenance repairs.
• Logs on and off Interserv per GBMC policy and logs tasks.
