Corewell Health is seeking a part-time spiritual care chaplain to support patients, families, and staff at Dearborn Hospital. The role emphasizes emotional and spiritual support, presence, worship, and prayer in collaboration with the Diversified East WB Mkt team.

Responsibilities include participating in interdisciplinary rounds, ensuring documentation meets standards, and assisting with worship services. A Bachelor's degree and CPE units are required, with preferred advanced degrees and

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited postsecondary institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Completion of one (1) unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) from an approved provider (ACPE, CPEI, CPSP, ICPT).

Responsabilidades

• Functions as a member of an interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide spiritual/emotional support to patients, families, and staff.
• Participate in patient conferences and ensure documentation aligns with policy.
• Contribute to quality improvement and professional development.
• Maintain high standards of conduct, hospitality, appearance, attitude, respect and teamwork.
• Support 24/7 department coverage schedules.
• Plan and conduct worship or ceremonial services.
• Assist with department office duties as assigned.
