Within Administration, the Hospital CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership for a community hospital and 100+ bed facility. The Hospital CEO will guide organizational strategy, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, service-line development, quality improvement, workforce engagement, and long-term growth while ensuring that administrative priorities remain aligned with patient and community needs.

Reporting to the appropriate governing board and collaborating with system and community stakeholders, the Hospital CEO will receive support from an experienced leadership structure while maintaining accountability for overall hospital performance. Responsibilities include strengthening clinical outcomes, improving the patient experience, building physician partnerships, supporting recruitment and retention, and fostering a transparent culture of safety and accountability.
