Responsibilities

• Oversees catering needs for the hospital.
• Maintains professional communication and working relationships with hospital leadership, board members, physicians, and other staff.
• Plans and organizes all aspects of catered functions, including food preparation, service, timeliness, and clean-up, including coordinating with other shifts.
• Oversees the daily duties of the Docs Lounge.
• Assists with food preparation when needed.
• Uses sound judgment and a well-ordered approach to solve problems and address obstacles.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and recommends process improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet department needs.
