Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services in Green Bay, WI is seeking a catering associate to deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. You may drive a catering delivery truck, set up and serve at events, and return items to the facility promptly.

The role supports full-time and part-time shifts with details discussed during the interview. Prior catering experience preferred; a valid food handler permit may be required by state law.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Arrange tables and decorations.
• Set up buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Thoroughly clean location after the event is completed.
• Return food, beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the catering facility.
• Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
• Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
