Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks foods for patients, employees, and catering functions.
• Assembles and serves patient and non-patient meals, stocks and serves in cafeteria and tray lines, and monitors food temperatures.
• Cleans and sanitizes dishes and pots.
• Operates and maintains cash register and ensures cash register balances.
• Sets up and replenishes salad bar and maintains cafeteria cleanliness.
• Performs patient-related clerical duties as needed.
• Assists in cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas.
• Communicates ages of patients served when necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
