TouchPoint Support Services is hiring for a CASHIER position at Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin, TX. Immediate openings for full-time and part-time work with a Monday–Friday schedule; hours may vary and weekends rotate. Prior experience in retail, cashiering, cash handling, and stocking is required.

Pay range is $17.00–$17.50 per hour, with online applications accepted only. This role involves cashiering duties, helping guests, and maintaining sanitation standards in the dining area.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion.
• Enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Makes change, accepts declining balance cards and other forms of payment; issues receipts.
• Follows standard procedures for issuing cash refunds.
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts ensuring that cash drawer is in compliance with overage/shortage standards.
