Avera Behavioral Health Center-Sioux Falls is seeking a Barista for its on-site café, with duties including preparation of hot and cold beverages, light food prep, and helping with catering and Doctor's Lounge services.

The role requires working hours as listed (Mon-Fri, various shifts) and a commitment to patient-focused service. Training provided; prior barista experience preferred. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Formación

• Six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate's or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares hot and cold beverages to standards set by Food and Nutrition Services.
• Delivers all products according to the schedule for the specific item.
• Assists with catering and Doctor's Lounge.
• Completes daily assigned cleaning in accordance with approved standards.
• Delivers excellent customer service using scripts developed for Food and Nutrition Services.
• Accurate cash handling and reconciliation of change due to customers.
