UPMC Presbyterian Kamin Tower seeks a Barista to greet patients, visitors, families, and staff, delivering high-quality beverages in a hospital retail setting. The role combines warm hospitality with espresso/food preparation in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive patient experience.

The position offers multiple employment statuses (Full-Time, Flex-Full-Time, Part-Time, Casual) with shifts that may include weekends and holidays, reflecting the needs of a busy hospital food

Formación

• Excellent customer service is required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to count and perform basic math.
• Previous cashier experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and educate guests; make espresso drinks, smoothies and other beverages; deliver to guests in under three minutes; operate espresso machine and video screen; identify each drink and delivery.
• Prepare drinks to the Starbucks standard; batch like drinks; keep guest areas clean; respond to customer needs; follow store policies.
• Performs cleaning tasks; follows cash handling procedures; contributes to store profitability and sales goals; demonstrates creating the Starbucks experience; offers demonstrations and samples.
