The Senior Healthcare Rep is responsible for launching new products, managing business relationships, understanding formulary access, and engaging in product promotion within assigned specialists and specialty pharmacy accounts. The role involves sales efforts, relationship development, and strategic engagement with Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Role Responsibilities
  1. Identify and implement effective virtual/in-person engagement strategies to maximize impact, developing and adapting call plans based on insights.
  2. Build rapport with customers across virtual and face-to-face environments, using digital tools effectively and leveraging analytics for insights.
  3. Engage key customers to grow business and drive product demand by providing education tailored to their needs.
  4. Develop targeted messaging to promote product value and influence prescribing behavior, utilizing approved materials.
  5. Educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions, utilizing disease state knowledge.
  6. Coordinate with office staff to plan engagements in various formats, including virtual and in-person.
  7. Deploy Pfizer resources strategically to support provider and patient needs, utilizing digital platforms and tools.
  8. Support patient access to Pfizer products by providing information on reimbursement and assistance programs.
  9. Answer on-label questions and introduce customers to Pfizer digital platforms.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and utilize digital apps for rapid support.
  11. Use tools for planning and to incorporate customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years relevant experience, or an associate’s degree with 8+ years, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in sales, healthcare, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and accountability skills.
  • Valid US driver’s license with a compliant driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of specialty marketing or sales experience.
  • Deep knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals and organizations.
  • Strategic account management and planning skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Experience working with key opinion leaders and in managed care.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and leverage resources effectively.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
  • Field activities may require driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, bending, and data analysis.
  • Travel may exceed 25%, including overnights, based on territory needs.
Additional Information

Salary range: $101,500 to $245,400, plus quarterly sales incentives. Benefits include 401(k), paid time off, health coverage, and more. Relocation assistance may be available.
