The Senior Healthcare Representative is responsible for driving sales, including launching new products, managing business relationships, understanding formulary access, and engaging in compliant product promotion within assigned accounts. Additionally, the role supports surgical within hospitals, immunoglobulins in HCP offices, and Specialty pharmacies. The representative will develop sales efforts and relationships with customers, including Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and implement effective in-person/virtual engagement strategies tailored to each customer, developing and adapting call plans based on insights.
  • Support surgical within hospitals, immunoglobulins in HCP offices, and education in Specialty pharmacies.
  • Build rapport with customers across face-to-face and virtual environments, utilizing digital tools effectively and managing call objectives with clear next steps.
  • Engage key customers to grow business and drive product demand through education and providing insights for messaging development.
  • Educate providers on product value propositions using disease state knowledge and approved materials.
  • Coordinate customer engagements in multiple formats, supporting patient access and reimbursement needs, and introducing Pfizer resources such as vouchers and co-pay programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and improve engagement strategies.
  • Use digital tools and customer insights to optimize daily activities and improve outcomes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree with 8+ years, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, healthcare, or related fields.
  • Valid US driver’s license and a compliant driving record.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years of specialty marketing, promotional, or sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic account plans and build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes and work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Experience with key thought leaders and high-influence customers is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in sales data analysis and technology adaptation.
