Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 5-10 years of revenue cycle experience.
• 3–5 years of direct experience in Billing.
• Experience in Revenue Cycle, Medical Billing, Payment, and Collections is a must.
• Proficient in Electronic billing and Electronic Medical Records.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the hospital billing team to ensure effective accounts receivable management and timely billing.
• Provide guidance, training, mentoring, and enforce policies to meet payer requirements and budget goals.
• Monitor staff productivity and quality, oversee billing processes, and handle complex billing issues.
