Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
- LICSW or LMHC license in MA is required.
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience with electronic medical record documentation preferred.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or be exempt with signed exemption.
Responsibilities
- Under supervision of the Manager of Social Work, provides behavioral health and complex care management services.
- Conducts behavioral health assessments and provides treatment including individual and family psychotherapy.
- Collaborates with hospital staff and community services for coordinated care.
