Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience.
• At least 6 months of prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• 3 years clean driving history with a valid Tennessee driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist interns in understanding workplace culture and skills.
• Teach essential job duties and provide individual support.
