Job summary

Onslow Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a General Pulmonologist to join our hospital-based pulmonary team. Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited medical school (MD or DO).
• General Pulmonology experience or training.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Responsibilities

• Manage care of chronic respiratory diseases including COPD, asthma, pneumonia and sleep disorders.
• Perform bronchoscopies and pulmonary function tests.
• Provide inpatient consults for hospital pulmonary services and sleep issues.
• Evaluate and treat sleep apnea; vaccinations and preventive care.
• Coach patients on disease management and lifestyle changes.
